Waterscapes and Geological

Off on a new adventure with acrylic paintings using natural phenomenon as subjects.
Wave!

Quiet waters:  Waterscapes 1 and 2.

And some geological goodies referenced from Petrified Forest National Park in Northern Arizona.

Petrified 1 and 2:

These are all mixed media acrylics on cradled wood panel, some have underlaid texture and some do not.  The green pond has silver leaf underlying the acrylic paints and shimmers in the light.
